Clark White

Clark is a seasoned financial executive with more than 20 years of experience leading Accounting and Finance teams across both regional and global firms and a track record of working as a restructuring CFO for many private equity firms.

Over his career, Clark held roles as VP Corporate Controller and Chief Financial Officer in various industries, including commercial real estate, logistics trucking and warehousing, and construction. Most recently, Clark was the Interim CFO at a Class II railroad with operations in Florida and Mississippi.

Expanding his knowledge and experience, Clark spent five years as a consultant and Interim CFO, leading complex projects like EPR selection/implementation, merger and acquisition due diligence, and building best-in-class accounting and FP&A teams.

Clark holds a B.S. in Accounting from Chicago State University, and an MBA in International Business and Finance from DePaul University.
