Network Operations Center
FiberLight provides redundant Network Operations Center (NOC) support 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, while monitoring and testing all fiber and equipment continuously for movement beyond .25 db. Any deviation triggers an alert to the NOC, which responds immediately, oftentimes before the customer is aware a problem exists.
