Network Neutrality Policy

FiberLight, LLC employs best efforts to ensure that any entity or organization connected directly or indirectly to FiberLight’s fiber optic network backbone has the ability to exercise free choice in obtaining lawful Internet content and web based services and applications as well as use of FiberLight or a competitor’s network to include devices deemed not harmful to the network. All Internet delivery is subject to the needs of law enforcement. FiberLight is committed to enabling competition and equal access among network providers, applications, service providers and content providers. As a network neutral and equipment agnostic provider of fiber optic network services, FiberLight manages its network through best effort practices which satisfy non-discrimination and interconnection needs.
