FiberLight, LLC, a new entity created by the management team of Xspedius Fiber Group, announces today that they have acquired substantially all assets of Xspedius Fiber Group. These assets include extensive fiber and conduit in and around the metro areas of Atlanta, GA; Baltimore, MD; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Houston, TX, San Antonio, TX; South Florida, Tampa, FL; and Washington D.C. With almost 300,000 inventory fiber miles, FiberLight, LLC will continue to be one of the nation's only carrier neutral infrastructure providers.

FiberLight, LLC will continue to be affiliated with Thermo Telecom Partners of Thermo Capital Partners (TCP), headquartered in Denver and New Orleans. TCP provides capital to proven management groups who require strategic capital for organic growth, acquisitions or changes in ownership.
